About us

The "Romantika" complex is situated in the southern part of the Varna bay at the foothill of the lighthouse of the Galata cape. It is situated in a quiet and calm area offering its guests an opportunity for relaxation and rest, and at the same time, several kilometers from the center of the million inhabitant seaside capital of Bulgara – the town of Varna, as well as the nearby resorts „St. St. Constantine and Helena“ and the "Golden sands", the hotel turned into a preferred place for visit.
The complex offers good conditions for stay and home of yachts.
On the territory of the complex there have been conditions created for performing of various types of sport and entertainment activities.
The security and the tranquility of our guests, as well as the quality of the services offered are leading upon the management of the complex.
The territory on which the „Romantika” complex has been situated is under the protection of the European project Natura 2000.
What is Natura 2000?
Natura 2000 is a Pan – European network composed of protected territories, aiming at providing of the long – term survival of the most valuable and threatened species and habitats for Europe in compliance with the basic international agreements in the field of the environment protection and the biological variety.  
The place falling into the ecological network are determined in compliance with two EU Directives basic for the environment protection – Directive 92/43/ЕЕС for preservation of the natural habitats both of the wild flora and fauna (briefly referred to as the Habitats Directive), and Directive 79/409/ЕЕС for preservation of wild birds (briefly referred to as the Birds Directive). 
As per the Law for the biological variety, protected areas are declared in the country as part of the national ecological network. These are places from the territory and the water zone of of the country, which correspond to the requirements for presene of plant and animal species, as well as types of natural habitats important for the biological variety.
